(hereinafter, Visornets), with registered address at C/ Los Álamos, n.º 9, P.I. Los Barrios – Las Heredades / Rojales, 03179 Alicante (Spain), VAT number B54613930.
The main products commercialised and dispatched by Visornets are:
- Safety nets for construction sites.
- Protection nets and industrial nets.
- Sports nets.
- Nets for domestic, agricultural or decorative uses.
- Accessories and complementary products (ropes, anchors, personal protective equipment – PPE, etc.)
These conditions apply to all customers, both domestic and international, and take precedence over any previous conditions that may have been in force, unless a written agreement to the contrary has been signed by both parties.
Visornets reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, communicating any changes with adequate notice through the usual communication channels with the customer.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
As a general rule, Visornets works with the following indicative delivery times for mainland Spain, from the confirmation and acceptance of the order:
24 / 48 / 72 business hours, depending on the characteristics of the order, stock availability and the geographical destination.
These timeframes are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond Visornets' control, such as transport incidents, force majeure events, national or regional public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, Visornets will inform the customer as promptly as possible.
For international shipments, delivery times will be subject to the quotation and conditions of the relevant freight forwarder or transport agency, and will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
3.1. Domestic — Mainland Spain
Shipping costs will be covered by Visornets for all orders with a gross value equal to or exceeding 1,000 € (one thousand euros).
For orders with a gross value below 1,000 €, the corresponding logistics cost will be charged to the customer and itemised on the invoice.
3.2. International — Europe (European Union countries and the rest of continental Europe)
Shipping costs will be covered by Visornets for orders with a gross value equal to or exceeding 3,000 € (three thousand euros).
For orders below this threshold, transport costs will be invoiced to the customer in accordance with the current rates of the relevant international transport agency.
3.3. International — United Kingdom
For shipments made directly from Spain to the end customer in the United Kingdom, shipping costs will be covered by Visornets for orders with a gross value equal to or exceeding 3,000 £ (three thousand pounds sterling).
For shipments managed from our warehouse in Birmingham (United Kingdom), the shipping conditions are currently under review and will be communicated to the affected customers in due course. Visornets commits to providing adequate advance notice before any such conditions come into effect.
3.4. International — Non-EU countries
For shipments destined for countries outside the European Union and not covered by the sections above, shipping costs will be determined according to the freight forwarder's quotation, based on the destination, volume and weight of the shipment. This quotation will be communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation.
4. ORDER OPTIMISATION — RECOMMENDATION
In order to help our customers continue to benefit from free shipping, Visornets recommends consolidating purchasing needs into a single order, combining safety nets with other items from our catalogue, such as ropes, anchors, accessories and personal protective equipment (PPE), among others.
This approach makes it easier to reach the minimum order value established for each geographical area and helps optimise the logistics management of the order.
5. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF ORDER
The customer or an authorised representative must inspect the condition of the shipment upon receipt. Should any visible damage to the packaging or goods be detected, this must be recorded in writing on the carrier's delivery note and reported to Visornets within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt, by email to [email protected].
Acceptance of the order without reservation by the customer or the receiving party implies conformity with the condition of the goods received.
6. LIABILITY IN TRANSPORT
Once the goods have been handed over to the designated transport agency, liability for those goods passes to the carrier, in accordance with the legislation in force governing the transport of goods. Nevertheless, Visornets will act as intermediary with the carrier in the event of any incident, provided that such incident is reported within the timeframe indicated in the section above.
7. AMENDMENTS TO THE SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Visornets reserves the right to amend these Shipping Terms and Conditions whenever deemed necessary, whether for operational reasons, changes in logistics costs, amendments to applicable regulations, or other market circumstances.
Any relevant amendment will be communicated to customers prior to its entry into force, through the usual communication channels.
